From time to time, we have a client far enough away from us that settings have to be sorted out remotely. In this case, power issues had caused the firmware on the fiber laser source to be corrupted, and it needed to be reset. To get the client up and running in the shortest time possible, and at the least cost to the client, we logged in and did the job.
Email from the client :
"All good. It seems the Tech had to reset the firmware on the Laser power pack. Don't know why it happened. But Michiel was a great help and liaise."
