Our commitment to service stems from our unique heritage as the publishing company responsible for Working from Home, SA Guide to Business Opportunities and Your Business Magazines. We understand entrepreneurship and small business management. We provide service which encompasses all angles – from after hours support, regular travel to all parts of South and Southern Africa, unmatched software skills to resolve design issues, and what we believe is our unmatched energy. Our team of 38 staff countrywide can solve literally any CNC, Laser, Fiber, Colour machine design or operations issue. Visit any of our branches and you will be overwhelmed. When next in Johannesburg come to our Head Office and let us share with you our 800m2 facility. Meet our resident design support engineers and spend some time in our prototype centre. See CNCs in operation. Ask to meet senior management. It will be worth it. There is no other facility like it in the southern hemisphere.
Innovation
We have introduced a number of firsts in SA. We write and compile our own Technical User Instruction Guides. Our CO2 Laser tube power performance validation centre is the only one operating in Africa. Our development of range finding proximity sensors is world class. Our specialist R&D division custom builds fiber solutions for clients. Our Materials Substrate Test Kit supplied with our entry level machines is unique. We offer free use (within reason) of our fiber laser cutter in Johannesburg. We have regular combination laser and CNC router deals.
