I asked Trudine for an email address in order for me to send a quick, but glowing review of Trudine’s ambassadorship of Perfect Laser.
A few months ago, she helped me buy a clothing press – it was a lovely experience from start to finish. She is not only knowledgeable and helpful, she is friendly – what a shocker! She shows real empathy for her clients, and one feels like she truly cares about delivering a quality product, and that she is proud to work at Perfect Laser.
Since that time, I have been dying to have a cap press. So I asked her and she phoned around, only to tell me that the stand-alone cap presses show no incoming stock. So I decided to leave it. Then, I was thinking of Trudine the other day (Friday the 13th, to be exact), and I phoned her up and asked if she could PLEASE enquire if there is not somewhere, somehow a cap press that I could buy. And she came through in an awesome way.
I really feel that she went above and beyond the call of duty to find me a cap press that wasn’t even for sale. I thank God for Trudine and for my cap press.
