Our Payment Terms and Fraud Prevention Measures

To protect our business and our customers from fraudulent transactions, we have introduced clear payment terms based on order value. These measures ensure that payments are secure and goods are released without unnecessary delays.

1. Orders up to R500
For smaller purchases, we accept cash, EFT, or debit/credit cards.

2. Orders from R500 to R10,000
For medium-value transactions, payment must be made via EFT or debit/credit card. Cash payments are not accepted for amounts above R500.

3. Orders over R10,000
For high-value purchases, we only accept EFT payments. If goods are required immediately, customers must make an instant EFT so that funds reflect before collection or delivery.

Why These Rules Matter
Fraudulent transactions have become increasingly common, and once goods leave our premises, losses are often unrecoverable. By matching payment methods to order size, we can provide better protection for both our customers and our business.

In Summary

  • Up to R500: Cash, EFT, or card

  • R500 – R10,000: EFT or card only

  • Over R10,000: EFT only (instant EFT if goods are needed immediately)

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping transactions safe and secure.
