We are looking for a mature person who has the ability to manage outcomes and has strong admin skills. They will be responsible for the effective running of the branch in Ferndale, Johannesburg
Must reside within 10km from Ferndale
Must have drivers license
Must speak English and Afrikaans, writing and speaking
Previous administration experience essential and non negotiable
Be able to manage outcomes and have leadership qualities
Technical experience would be an advantage
Providing administrative support to the branch, assisting the branch manager to manage all clients, business related activities, deliveries, callouts, client and office related reminders.
Client post service follow ups: Courtesy calls. Complete courtesy calls on quotes, installs, tickets providing a better service and looks after our reputational risk
Building client relations and be presentable and cordial on the phone
Showroom housekeeping, keep record of everything and add new items to assets register
Ensure all demo stock is working
Rack stock must always be replenished
Stock take must be done on a Friday – Keep stock records, incoming and outgoing including faulty parts to be returned to China
Ensure that the branch has enough consumables for walk in clients – all walk inns need to sign a register on arrival – have their temperature taken as well as details. Masks are a must and no entry without masks. Sanitiser to be at the door prior to the client entering the branch
Branch orders, liaising with couriers, Organise Freight bookings, Waybills to be uploaded – Must phone the freight company and obtain an email as a reference quote for the price obtained.
Responsible for opening/closing showroom, Good time keeping and housekeeping – never run out of anything
Daily observing all CSP activities, leads, quotes, news. Learn csp. Know every element of the CSP
Continually expanding my product and business knowledge. Learn as much about the machines. Know your product parts, consumables and machines. You must be able to do demonstrations to clients
Must be part of the Facebook marketplace group and be updating new products in line with head office instructions.
Helping branch manager with appointments and booking. Techs can’t leave without payment, always check installs and payments as well as blocking off calendars. Technicians cannot leave the branch at 10h00 for appointments – Appointments need to be made early in the morning and they need to have a time limit and be back at the specified time.
Ensuring that staff keeps their areas neat. Presentation is everything so keep desk clean and look presentable.
